I just wants to help my friend to ask some questions about the LMIA after PPR.
He just got his PPR today, he is CEC inland with Canadian Education and LMIA offer.
He wants to know if there any requirement about how long that we have worked for the company after the PPR if the company applied the LMIA for you?
Someone said we have to work at least one year for the company based on the LMIA, otherwise we will be in trouble when we renew PR or apply for the citizens. Is this true?
How about we find a better job after PPR, or maybe you got fired, or the company has bankrupted or broke?
Please give us the advices.
