Questions about IMM 0008 (10-2015) E SCHEDULE 4 - Few days left!

Hi guys,

I have just recieved a message asking me the following documents

- 9XXXXXX - My_Name :
- Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes – Provincial Nominees form

I have 3 questions about that :

1- Are they asking for 2 or just 1 document?

2- Is this the right document to fill up/sign and upload again ? - IMM 0008 (10-2015) E SCHEDULE 4 - I have 2009 version so I wanted to double check

My other question is about Funds that I need to mention.

3- We are a familly of 3 and my wife is now pregnant (Delivery for June) and I have initially mentionned 19,000 CAD. Do I have to change the amount of Funds in this declaration Schedule 4 to take into consideration my coming baby or stick with the amount that I have mentioned since the start of this process?

2- Is this the right document to fill up/sign and upload again ? - IMM 0008 (10-2015) E SCHEDULE 4 - I have 2009 version so I wanted to double check Use the one they asked you to or get it from CIC website.
