I had a few questions on the requirements for the IELTS exams and subsequent CIC application. From what I've read, it sounds like the test is the first thing to do before submitting the CIC application. Is this correct?
For the IELTS exams, does only the primary applicant have to take the test or do both adults that are part of the CIC application have to take the exam? Or, can an application be completed with the primary applicant score first, and then the spouse/secondary applicant can take the exam later if needed?
On the IELTS site, it also states that for two copies of the results, proof of application to the CIC is required. What do people do to provide that proof? Is it just a printout of their CIC profile or something more universal/general that is provided to the test center? Is that really enforced or can you just ask for two copies?
