Unfortunately the standard IEC / Working Holiday Visa program is only available for specific countries and Brazil is not on the list:

You would have to go through the recognized organization process which is quite a bit more work. Details here:

1. Brazil is NOT included in the IEC scheme. You will have to see if you qualify under the other organizations http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/ros.asp
