Questions about Form IMM 5444 E

Hello Folks,

We are planning to complete our soft landing formalities this Saturday ( November 10th ) , at YYZ Airport Toronto. Right now we're busy pre-filling the required forms

We had the below questions with respect to form IMM 5444 E

Section 19 Address History Inside and Outside of Canada

Please advice on what information should be entered over here. Is it just the same address history we provided at the time our profile submission ? This question is a bit confusing and I've been reading it repeatedly trying to make sense.

Section 20 Work and Education History Inside and Outside of Canada

Same question as I had in Section 19?

The bottom line is should we leave these sections blank since we are just going to Canada to activate our PR ?
Are these applicable to first time applicants ? or Are these questions and details requested for only relevant after you have officially become a PR Holder and then trying to renew your PR Card?
For some reason I feel as though these questions are meant to track your history after you have received your PR Card?

Ok . So which other forms do we need then apart from Goods to Follow ( BSF 186 A ), and the SIN application form.

We also have the title of the car with us.

Ok Thanks for the speedy response. So my current understanding is that we will be directed to the Service Canada Counter at YYZ Airport, for SIN application

In addition to Passport and COPR , we will given a slip in which we have to provide father's name, mother's maiden name ,phone number , email address and Canadian address. This should be sufficient for SIN.

Please confirm.
