As the unpaid representative, son and sponsor for my one parent who’s been invited to apply for PR via PGP Program 2020/2024, I’m progressing through the process relatively well thanks for the great help from this forum, I truly appreciate it,
Some questions please:
1) Other than IMM5768, what other forms or documents are to be signed by hand please?
2) Principal Applicant’s picture is to be noted at the back, it is stated: “For digital photos, this information can be provided as one separate document with a confirmation from the photo studio (i.e. receipt).”: do we make the receipt into the second page of the picture (one document) and upload them?
As required in the 2024 Documents Checklist for Parents Grandparents:
Couldn’t find specific labels under “Additional Application Forms”, “Supporting Documents” and “Additional Supporting Documents” or in the search drop down window and only one “other” document can be uploaded:
3) To what section does the required sponsor and co-signer’s proof of Canadian citizenship scans be uploaded to: Is it acceptable to combine two passports’ scans (sponsor’s and co-signer) into one document and upload it under “other” or onto the “Canadian Citizenship Certificate or Card”, for example?
4) There exists an upload option for: “Proof of Common-Law Relationship” but not for a spouse, where should the required “proof of principal applicant’s relationship to spouse” gets uploaded to: Would combining the marriage certificates of both the Principal Applicant and The Sponsor into one document be acceptable under the “Marriage Certificate(s)”?
Please forgive me for the long list, I thought combining all would save time and repeated posts, I thank you all in advance
