Hi, I have few questions while filling the form.
I'd like to know if anybody could help me with these questions.
Thank you very much in advance.

Q1) 3.C List any other names used including name at birth, maiden name, previous married name, aliases and nicknames.
These names won't appear on your citizenship certificate.

I have a aliase/nickname which all my colleagues call me in Canada.
But I don't have the proof on any official documents, should I put it?

Q2) 6.F work and education history in the past four years

I came to canada in avril 2009 as tourist.
And applied my PR inland, got PR avril 2010.
During waiting for my PR, I couldn't work or study (because I only have tourist visa)
So what I should write for this period? housemaker or saying that I was preparing and applying PR?

Q3)School Records
Provide photocopies of all your official school records if applicable for the relevant four (4) year period immediately preceding the date of your application, provide.

I attended the language courses which provided by the government and some short-term training course by the college.
(I didn't get any diploma)
Should I provide photocopies? or This section is only for someone who gets the diploma or certificate?

Thanks for your reply.

I just wonder how you guys present the history of work / study?
For example, I've been working and took some courses at the same time.
Could anyone give me the suggestion how to present these information clearly.
Thank you in advance.

I forgot to put "N/A" in the fields about kids.... Actually the form saying that "write if applicable".
How serious is that? will they return it?

If the question is not applicable to you, some where in the question you should add N/A, no need to add N/A in all the fields of that question. If you did not mention N/A anywhere most likely it will be returned.
