Questions about filing out the application for Citizenship

Hello, I am currently trying to fill out the application for citizenship and I have a question in regards to 9

During your eligibility period did you have Temporary Resident or Protected person status in Canada before becoming a permanent resident? Yes, No If yes provide the details in the chart below.

I have read and reread the information below about how to answer this question but i am lost.

I had a very simple process. Finish college, wait for my post secondary work permit, work and apply for Permanent Resident.

I am just not sure if I should answer yes or no. If yes was I a worker a temporary residence permit holder?

Please I would greatly appreciate the responses

Tick the YES box, and then give the start date and the end date of the work permit that was issued to you. Presumably your work permit continued right through until the date on which you became a PR.
