Hi I'm filling the express entry profile and got few questions about the work history part.
I started working as insurance broker about May 2016, but I got my RIBO license(Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in December.
For the question "Date first became qualified to practice in this occupation", should I fill in May 2016 or December 2016?
On the NOC web site, the employment requirements states:
1. Completion of secondary school is usually required.
2. On-the-job training and insurance industry courses and training programs are provided and are required for employment.
3. Licensure by the insurance governing body in the province or territory of employment is required.
My manage is happy to give me a reference letter says I started working there since May 2016, but on my license it's clearly says date issued is Dec 19, 2016
