Questions about a new question on Express Entry

Has * been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)

What does it mean?
I had a 3 year post-grad work permit.I have been working in the same field for more than 2 years. But I changed my job about 6 months ago. ( still same field).
What shall I choose for this question?
