Question 6D:
Do you have permanent resident status in any other country?
Since I am a citizen of another country, I am automatically this country's permanent resident. So should I answer yes or no to this question?

Question 9E:
LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION FOR NEWCOMERS TO CANADA (LINC)
*This section needs to be completed by applicants choosing previous LINC results as proof of language.
Request for authorization
By selecting "YES" in the box below, and by signing this application form, I hereby give my consent to CIC to access my LINC results held by CIC in order to assist CIC in determining my citizenship eligibility.
I will submit my post-graduate degree certificate and completed transcript in Canada as proof. So I think I should answer no?

Thanks in advance!

For 6D, I answered No. I considered this question to be asking if you have a status similar to a PR in Canada. If, for example, you have the US permanent residency (green card), you should answer yes.

No. That's like saying that since you're an adult you're automatically also a teenager. Permanent Residency is a legal category distinct from citizenship. If you are a citizen, you are not a PR. When you go for your Cdn citizenship ceremony, you will relinquish you PR card (if you have one.)

No. Permanent residency and citizenship are two completely different things. You should answer NO to both Qs (or not applicable in case of Q 9E).
