Egyptian Male married from a Canadian lady, want visit there and she is with me here in Cairo, what is the chance of getting refuse at the embassy??? and could my wife apply for my immigration paper while she is here in Cairo??????

It is very hard to get him here on visiting pass, unless he has ties that will bring him back home. Yes you can apply for him while you are in Egypt with him.

Thanks for your reply, I know it is hard, but if you don't mind could you tell me what tie they want??? he has good job in Egypt and for sure my family want see him & he want see how is the country before we start any paper & decide where we want to live

A good job is a great start, if u want him to immigrate I would apply after he visits because if u apply after u have started it most likely be refused. my husband is egyptian i did not bother with the visit i just started my application for him to immigrate.

OMG,,,, he is an Prof. Accountant,,,he use to live in USA, he have a good job in Egypt with good salary & bank account have good fund,,,, would you please tell me all your experience because I see that you start since March 2007 and up to now still not done yet????!!!!!

lol, no i started in July 2011 my husband has his interview this week. Has only been 7 month, but it feels like forever. Where do you live? I am in Ottawa. I think you husband has a good chance to get a vv.
