Hello All, I did a 3 year post graduation certificate from college in Canada. 3 different certificates in 3 years. Will i be eligible for 15 points or 30 points for education in Canada?

Your post is a bit confusing. Did you do one single post grad certificate that was there years long or did you do three separate post graduate certificates that were each one year in length?
