Thank God that there is a forum about PR, or I'd be lost :) I have a European passport, I am recreation and fitness graduate from Brock University, Ontario in 2021, got my PGWP and already working for one year, as a dorm parent and activity coordinator in BC. Please advice if I should apply for PR, I guess the best option would be express entry but which program? My education is recreation and fitness professional (teer 0) but my actual work is more or less "student monitoring", Teer 5, I guess. So I am not sure if I should try a "skilled worker" express entry or Canadian experience candidate? Your help and advice is much appreciated

I believe you are a little confused. CEC is a subcategory of EE; another ones are PNP, FSW, FST (federal skilled trades). I am not quite sure if your job (recreational and ... professional) would fall under Teer 0. Teer 0 is reserved for directors. Most jobs for ordinary folks fall under A or B categories. However, if you have checked and you are sure that it falls under TEER 0, then it's good. To be eligible for immigration under CEC, your job need to be under 0, A, B.

You can also take a look at PNP. I don't have much experience or knowledge about PNP and cannot advise you about those programs.

Thanks! yes, it is true I am very confused.. My diploma is "recreation and leisure" bachelor but my actual work (working already one year), my actual job title is a"dorm parent". This is the only job I could find for the time being.. What is PNP?

Do you mean TEER 44100? If so, I believe that TEER is not eligible for EE, as it is TEER 4. Again, I got my PR when they had normal NOC codes (0, A, B), so I don't know about new TEER system but if it's not matching NOC 0, A, B, then you are not eligible under EE.
