I have doubt in my mind, I am student in USA and I applied for Canadian Visit visa last year in Washington DC and in the application form I did not mention that I am working in ABC Company. And now I am going to apply Canadian immigration and also I am putting my experience on that time, it will affect on my case or not.
Thanks

My Question is this, I applied for visit visa last year in MAY2007 and that time i filled my application for applying visit visa so that time i did not mention that i am working.
Now i am going to apply for immigration and putting the experience for that time so this will affect on my case or not.

This probably will not affect your case. However, you should get in touch with an attorney and confirm it.

Hi,
If you have clearly mentioned in your visit visa application that you are not working or you have not worked ever and visa officer check your previous application on computer, that may be a point of concern.
