Provide details of any trips xxx has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. How do i answer this question? do i look at all the stamps in my passport? i dont really remember the exact dates etc. Also, do i have to answer this question keeping in mind from the point of view of being in my country or should i include the times when i arrived in my home country? Or just state all the times i left my home country? Thanks.

Because my country of origin is obv my home country and country of residence currently from the past 5 years is canada. Or should i consider my country of residence my home country? i just basically wanna know if i should include all exits and entries - my home country and canada or just the either home country or either only canada.

Canada is your country of residence, not your home country - no matter how long you've been in Canada as a temporary resident. But you need include only travel from home country to country other than Canada and from Canada only to countries other than home country (i.e., not between home country and Canada).

It's not rocket science.

You do not need to report trips between your country of residence and country of origin.

You need to report all trips outside these two countries, whether you have a stamp in your passport or not.

If you do not know exact dates, do your best to reconstruct it. Look at booking receipts for flights and accommodation and credit card / bank statement.

If you are still unsure about some of the dates, include a letter of explanation that says you have provided the dates to the best of your abilities.
Oh okay, so there is no need to report of trips between my home country and country of residence currently ie canada? Other than that i really have not travelled anywhere..
