So, we just got our ppr, I just wanted to ask, should my husband and I both fill out separate annex A documents? He is the primary applicant. Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Only Primary applicant needs to fill.. ( One Annex A form )..
but both primary and dependents passport needs to be sent..
