The phone number that I have on my application I lost it. Do I need to send a message to webform or let it stay because my applications are in my country for further processing I'm just waiting on the background check to be completed. Or they can use my email to get in contact with me?

Each VO has its own web form. You can submit a CSE to the web form for your VO to let them know. It is rare, but they do call sometimes.
