Question with the updated IMM1344

Hello.

I was about to print all the forms for my application and I saw that IMM1344 and IMM0008 have
been updated.

Now in form IMM1344 for the question "Relationship to the principal applicant" there are two choices :
- Spouse living in Canada
- Spouse living oustide Canada

Considering that I live in Canada but I want to apply outland, what should I pick ?!

Did you get answer to this? I am submitting next week and realized that i stil had the older version of this form filled out so this question was a new one to me..

I am in Canada, but applying outland (common law) . Would i choosing living in or living out? Having a brain fart here..

Actually after re-reading it, the question is for the sponsor : "Relationship TO principal applicant" so the answer is Spouse living in Canada if your sponsor lives in Canada.

Ahhhhh.. So this isn't the part that determines whether its inland or outland?
