Question when filling Application Forms (in CIC phase)

I received my ontario PNP approval and I'm preparing my package for the federal process. I have several questions when I am filling out the forms, but I'm not to find explanation on that. Hope somebody here can help me out.

I'm married and my husband is a Canada citizen. In this case, I'm the principal and the only applicant. So,
1) in form IMM0008, there is "how many family members, including you, are in this application", should I fill in 1 or 2?
2) in form IMM0008, the dependant info, as for my husband's: "will accompany principal applicant to Canada?" should I fill in yes or no?
3) do I still need to fill in and submit Schedule A – Background Declaration [IMM 5669] for my husband?
4).do I still need to submit 6 photos of my husband?(as it says: no matter accompanying you or not)

- 2 include your husband, he is part of your family

- just say yes

- yes

- no, for you only. your husband is a citizen already.
