Hi, new member here... I have been filling out the sponsorship application by myself thanks to this forum. However, I have a question that I simply can't find the answer to even with the power of google.
As the title says I recently got married and I am sponsoring my spouse whose 17, the age of minority. Now my question is whose signature is required when signing the Immigration forms, hers or her parents? since she is less than 18 years of age its logical to assume it would be her parents. However she is the Principal Applicant, and therefore I imagine her signatures might be more relevant.
So please guide me towards the right (accurate, precise) direction, the application is filled accurately thanks to you guys! Now just need to clear this up and I should be good to go!
