Question related to driver license

1. I have taken the G1 test and allowed to take G2. Anyone know which location has the earliest date to take G2 (asap) in ON?

2. Am I allowed to drive in ON with my driver license back home and the International Driving License from IAA (idl-iaa.com)? I am on student visa.
