Please explain..
1) I worked almost 2 years+ for a company few years ago, now when i asked them for reference letter, came to know that they are a part of another company "XYZ" whereas when i worked for them they were "ABC" and also they are not mentioning hours worked... what to do is that acceptable.. i might still have contract somewhere which was signed, also i worked 3 months on contract basis with them which again they didn't put in reference letter as a period of employment.
2) since end of 2013, I have been contracting using my own registered company, so i have been getting contacts job... and i get paid into my company accounts, so do i need to show all of that year my company experience or would i need to get reference letters off all employeed i provided my services. Also some contracts were 3-6 months durations....
Am quite confused what to or not to do...
