Question regarding work permit extension for citizenship application

Hello all,

I've started my citizenship application, but I've hit a roadblock in the physical presence section.

In this question: During your 5-year eligibility period, did you have a valid temporary resident status before becoming a permanent resident?
I answered "Yes". It asked me another question: Did you apply to extend your status?

Here's the confusion.
I applied for an extension in August 2022 under the public policy for PGWP extension, and I applied for my PR in Oct 2022. I received my PR in Feb 2023, and I received a message from IRCC saying that my work permit extension application has been withdrawn because I'm already a PR.

Now in the Citizenship application, it asks "Did I apply for extension of the status", I said "Yes". And then it goes, "Was the extension approved". When I give "Yes", it's asking "Expiry date of extended status", which I cannot provide because it wasn't approved or rejected, it was withdrawn by IRCC since I got my PR. If I give "No" here, it says, "Date of decision for the refused extension" which again I cannot provide as it was withdrawn.

Now, is withdrawn similar to the application being rejected? How should I proceed?
