Question regarding WES evaluation service.

I have upload four instead of two documents by mistake. The two contain has my wes number in file name while other two don't. will it cause any issue?

I have submitted my documents electronically. But it still says waiting for your document. Why? I have also send the mail containing the student ID and document Ids.

Your Uni have to send your completion certificate and transcript directly to WES directly in a sealed envelope. WES does not accept electronic docs, it is written on their website.
