Thanx rj, you make a lot of sense. In my situation last year, I actually talked with someone in Canadian immigration. They seemed to think it was ok to go to Colombia, get married, and my new wife could come back with me.Lucily, I talked with someone else who said, that would probably not happen. So I went to Colombia, got married, and brought everything back home, and sent everything off to Miss. I did not send "tons" of evidence as to our relationship. I thought a dozen e-mail letters, translated by official translator, fotos of our wedding (about 30 guests in the city's most prominent hotel, flight receipts, hotel receipts) should be enough to convince anyone as to authenticity of our relationship. Maybe I should have sent a lot more, but my wife is very easy to contact, she has a brother who works for the police in crime investigation . If all does proceed well, I may share a bit more as to evidence I used so others can benefit. Still don't see why "more" should be an issue, hopefully "quality" is the thing. ty again rj
