question regarding the permanent residency after completing pg Certificate

Hey every1
I am a recent graduate of BA hons degree from uk. I left UK due to the adverse economic conditions making it difficult for the people to get the job and changes in government rules regarding the permanent residency.

I can back to Pakistan and applied for International trade management program at St Clair college in Windsor Ontario. My application is under process at the embassy.

I was wondering if any1 can help with the following questions.

1. As my intended program is a Post graduate certificate, will i be eligible for permanent residency after completing my education?
2. How is the job prospects in Canada at the moment.

Please apply for MBA program, or anyother Masters program closely related to your previous education. Only after then you cant get PR in Canada.
