Question regarding spouse visa

How much chances of acceptance is there for SOWP when:
1. My spouse is in India and is financially a bit weak.
2. Married recently about 6 months

So you are a Masters student because if not, spouse is not eligible for SOWP?

1. Have to show POF for 2 people.
2. Will depend how much time you have lived together after marriage, and how much time you were together in a relationship before marriage.
