I am helping my wife fill out the form
please help .. on question 7,
Prior to your spouse/common-law/conjugal partner relationship, was your sponsor or any of your sponsor's family members related to you or any member of your family?

in my case.. my older brother married the sister of my wife 10 years ago, so in this section, does my wife have to put Yes, then Write down my brother's name .. and put BROTHER IN LAW for relationship?

Or, . brother in law doesn't count, and she just put NO

thank you for answering

One of her sponsor's relatives (your brother) is married to her sister, so I'm pretty sure that your brother and her sister would be considered "related." In that case, the answer is definitely not "no" because a husband and wife must be "related" to each other by definition. If you have any doubt, it's safer to say "yes."
