question regarding PR process!

Hey Guys, I have a question regarding PR process!

Can i recieve the MR before the new line is added in my ecas as “We have started processing your application on mm-dd-yyyy” ?

Did any one receive MR before receiving that line? Or that line has to be there before the MR?

Well, they are not going to ask you for medicals if they haven't yet started to process your application, and don't worry so much about the strike, fast or slow applications still being processed, be patient.

Yes you can get MR before your ECAS updated to “We have started processing your application on mm-dd-yyyy”..
Happened with me..
And one of my friends ECAS was showing "Application Received" even after 15 days of completing Medicals..
So don't rely on ECAS.
