I am from Serbia and we have what could be considered as trade high schools, high schools for technicians (which I've attended) and the traditional high schools without specializations.
Since education is quite important for immigration based on points, will my technical high school degree count as anything other than secondary education? If not, is it a good idea to attend a course in my country? We don't have 1 year or 2 year programmes, only courses which can last for maybe 3 to 6 months.
I was thinking of attending a cooking course spanning 22 online theoretical lectures and 150 practical classes. Would that count as a 1 year post-secondary education degree? Thanks.
