Question regarding PGWP and Express Entry...

Hi,

I am international student who current status is study permit and about to apply for Post Graduate Work Permit.
Because my passport is only valid until Oct. 2018 (cannot extend anymore, so have to get PR before that time via CEC (Canadian Experience Class) Express Entry.), even one day is very precious to me.
The letter of attendance from school states that the term ends on April 30th 2017.
However, my last final exam was late, registrar's office release final grade very late, and the degree audit took 2 weeks now. (Thus, I still could not apply for Post Graduate Work Permit since May 1st.)
Now, I have both job offer and contact which I signed and started from May 1st. (I worked here as a part-time since 1 year ago during student.)

Now, here are the questions:
1. I know that immigration officers start counting 1 year of work experience since the day they issue the PGWP. But am I okay to write a personal letter (submit both the letter of attendance from school and contract) and ask them to count the 1 year of work experience start from May 1st. 2017?
2. Even though the degree audit still in pending because of so slow process of school, is it legal that I work full-time with writing contract from May 1st. 2017?

That sounds absurd
Can you clarify the actual reasons for which you cannot extend your passport

I have applied for express entry and currently waiting for the next draw to take place. My current issue is that PGWP expires June 2017 and I was wondering how to the extent or apply for a bridge permit to keep on working?

Hello, Thank you for your reply.

The actual reason for cannot extend my passport is I haven't gone military service in my country.
My country can extend passport until age of 27 and does not extend it after that age unless he have finished 2-years military service.

Your first point is incorrect.

Applicants have successfully claimed work experience starting from the date in which they applied for a PGWP.

If you've submitted an eAPR after receiving an ITA then you can apply for a bridge open work permit.
