Hi all,

This is Srilatha. My husband is a PR and he is going to file the PR application for me and our daughter in the month of feb.

We wish to undergo our medicals before filing the application.

But the concern here is my daughter is 3 months old and recently got affected by Broncho Pneumonia (2 weeks back). She has been given antibiotics.

In feb 1st week we are planning to take medicals.

Is there any chance that our medicals get rejected as she got pneumonia?

Also when do you suggest to take medicals.

Please help. I'm worried

Thank you,
Srilatha.

She won't be rejected because of pneumonia. Sponsored spouses and children are medical demand exempt, which means even if they do have a condition that would cause other classes of immigrants to be rejected, they can still be accepted. Doing the medicals just before you submit the application is the right time.
