Question regarding Medical

I have medical exam in few days.
I have Blood Pressure and take regular medicines for that.
My question was, when I declare that what additional tests will be required.

Any help is highly appreciated.

What if someone had a heart condition (and BP)? By Heart condition i mean had an angioplasty done in the past and takes medication (including for BP)...Rest is all fine...just medications and has a BP of (120~135)/75 now?

While i have already gone through this..what i wanted from any knowledgeable member of this form is if anyone has been though the experience of or heard of some live cases & grounds for medical passed or failed especially for such Heart conditions.
