Question regarding in-Canada PR approval

So I was wondering if instead of flagpoling, if someone actually just left the country after approval of PR and then came back, would it be okay? So for example, Person A got Pr approved from within Canada. A then leaves Canada for 20 days and comes back from some other country, can A still be allowed to make the permanent resident landing? i was a bit confused recently with this question because a friend of mine asked it who is in or might be in a similar situation.

Yes it's perfectly ok.
Flagpoling is essentially leaving the country then coming back. Doesn't matter if you leave for an hour or 20 days
