Question regarding Gift Certificate and Net worth

I will be showing funds transferred from my father for POF.

1 - Now based in India do i need a gift certificate on a court paper or just self declaration from donor will suffice

2 - Similarly based in India- Apart from above documents in 1,is it necessary that i get my father's net worth ?

Self-declaration supported with other evidence of funds transfer would suffice. This doesn't really depend on the country.

Your PR application processing doesn't depend on anyone's net worth including yours. It has a limited dependence on the POF which is entirely different from net worth - you just have to provide enough evidence to prove that you have unfettered access to unencumbered funds as required in your individual situation. This has to be proved to the satisfaction of the assessing officer.
