Question regarding full time work and PR

Hello, I am currently working as a chef (NOC class B) and I'm looking to apply for PR after working for a year.

I was wondering, how does CIC know my position is full time? Does my boss need to send in a form (LMIA) once I apply for PR to prove that my position is full time?

Secondly, is it okay if my hours fluctuate slightly? For example, I worked 25 hours one week, and 40 hours another week. Is that bad? Should it be strictly 30+?

Lastly, I used to work full time for about a month at a different location before I worked at my current place. Does the 1 year of full time require you to work at one location, or can you add up previous jobs too?

I apologize for all the questions, I just recently graduated and have just started researching about this. Thank you very much.
