Question regarding experience letter

Hello Everyone ! I had a quick question regarding my experience letter. I got my letter on the required format but my firms partner said that he would sign it as opposed to my reporting manager. On the letter i have mentioned the name of my reporting manager.

I think this is not an issue but i would like your point of view on this as well.
