Question regarding EE requirement for ECA & IELTS .. Are hard copies needed ?

Hi guys ... So I today received my IELTS score online (their 'preview' feature), which is enough to now get me to a total of 475 points .. However the hard copy of my IELTS score will come 1-2 weeks later. My WES report has also been completed, and I'm currently waiting for it's hard copy to arrive. However their online report clearly accepts my education according to Canadian standards (it's just a one page document I think).

My question is, can I still file for EE now, while I'm waiting for hard copies from both WES and IELTS to arrive ? Or do I need to wait for the hard copies to arrive before I file for EE ?

Wait to get formal notification of results before you update anything. If you notice carefully, IELTS site mentions that these are just provisional scores and they make no guarantees that these will be the actual scores you will see on the TRF as well. I'm sure 10/10 times the scores don't change but that's how these things are.

Okay, I guess I can wait a few more days for the official IELTS score report to come through mail.

1) Can I at least start filling in my EE profile, but only 'submit' it on the day I receive my IELTS score report through postal mail ?

2) What about the WES report ? Do I need to wait for the physical copy of that to also arrive ? I mean, they have already evaluated my education and they do show an online version of the document too, which from what I can tell has only the following disclaimer:

"This WES ECA report is intended for use in connection with a CIC immigration application. CIC will verify the report against an electronic copy from WES. Your WES ECA report will be voided and not accepted by CIC if it is found to be altered or modified in any way"

Absolutely.

Using the WES soft copy report would be just fine.
