Question regarding education records

My programme (3 years ago) run from Nov to Feb next year. So how many transcript do I have to provide?

According to guideline, "The education records must cover each calendar year, if applicable", I need to provide two. (November 1 to Dec 31 & Jan 1 to Feb 28)? I dont think I can seperate as it is a whole programe.

Just provide the recent official transcript from the college/uni. Don't worry about the calendar year thing.

And explain in the cover letter of your application that your program was a 3 month program and you have official transcript of the program enclosed in the application package. Note that - transcript is different from a completion certificate. You need that too if applicable.
