I have a question about "Document Checklist - IMM5533E". I am a PR and applying for my wife's sponsorship. Apology in advance! It might be a silly question but it's disturbing me.
There is a section (page 4 - Section 3):
[check mark option here] "Accompanying Children's Additional Information" - I'm confused whether I need to check mark it in the beginning at all - (no children, just got married
) - But check marked it anyway reading description inside.
Inside of this section it says...
I have included children in the application who will receive an immigrant visa at the same time as me ....NO ....Yes (i check marked option NO here .. no children, so no question of adding them)
If you answered no, continue to item 4. If you answered yes, provide following documentation, as it applies to your situation.
Item 4: is a different section about "Police Certificate"
So the question is should I check mark/select this section in the beginning at all? But if I think about the flow..it seems to me.. I should check mark it. Any thought? Don't know if I'm overthinking :-X
