I just got the notification that I passed my medical (TR to PR stream), does this mean my completeness check is done? because i didnt submit the graduation letter and transcript as stated in the guide (uploaded diploma instead) can I finally breathe a sigh of relief?

No, it means somebody worked on your application and he or she did the medical part first. There is no certain order to follow in a PR application.

well i guess rejection it is
Not that either. I would send IRCC a webform and send them the documents if you have them now. I know that webform has been sending people e-mails saying they don't accept additional documents regarding this category. I would still do it anyway, and maybe use that rejection e-mail as part of the evidence in the future should you get a real refusal and want to challenge the decision in federal court.

Okay,then there is pretty much nothing you can do now. Just wait ...Hope you will get an ADR for those documents.
Good luck.

What time did you submit the appl?

Did you submit all the "mandatory" docs? If yes then no need to worry.

@agsi432
i submitted at like 12:04 pm on 6 may, submitted all mandatory docs instead of transcript and letter (submitted diploma in place of them)

Don't take it as a rejection by default, maybe the officer looking at your file is nice and will request additional documents and as long as you had all mandatory docs nothing much to worry about!
