Question Regarding Arrange Employment!

Hello,

I was just wondering, if anybody get FSW immigration based on the arrange employment then is there any time duration that person has to be with the same company who provided arrange employment? I mean if that person wants to switch the company after landing in Canada is it possible?

It would be a great help if someone could answer to this asap.

You would be required to work for them until you received your PR card I think, if the company has made the effort to assist on you application why would you look at moving to a different job so quickly?

After landing you are a free person work and live any where in Canada you are not bond to work with the same company........

Remember here........if some agent offering you AEO against money that is totally a fraud ......

Currently agents know that cases can be applied only with AEO, so they are charging money for that, How that can be eliminated?

that can be eliminated if you are able to find job yourself.....other wise they charge your for AEO therefore Canada now introduce LMO plust AEO that need some different requirements .......like first employer have to search prospective employee in Canada through newspapers and then conduct interview that is another procedures

Thanks for info, as in my case i am not able to get AEO myself, i have no option except wait till May.
what you foresee, can it be done before May? i applied in Oct 2012.

mmmmmm,,,,yes we are not left with any other option ...no it cannot be done before may .....ok fine i hope you got your PER and waiting for some updated documents and visa office again ask for some legal documents from employer.........you should be ready for that
