Question regarding application/ may2021/ need help

I am applying online for may 2021 intake for and there is a question which says that do you have any relative in Canada who have status of permanent residency or citizenship
As my sister in canada received conformation for her pr approval recently and didn’t received his pr card yet.
So i am confused what to answer that question

I am exactly in the same situation as yours when I applied my Study permit(Awaiting outcome). folks at IDP consultancy suggested me to mention as Work Permit as my elder brother is yet to receive PR card although he got his PR approved.

I know a little about visa application. Just shared the info from my personal experience. Please wait for seniors in this forum to answer your question. I blindly followed suggestion from a consultancy friend.
