question- PNP vs Express entry

Hello,

Can anyone please tell me if there are any PNP's that do not require express entry profile to be created? If not so, then is the Express entry profile enough for one to get an invite from PNP?
What is a good time to apply for any PNP ?

There are PNP streams outside of EE as well. EE profile is required to apply to the EE stream for all PNPs. The best time to apply for a PNP depends on the province. Read the various threads on this forum about PNPs to know more.

I have applied under FSWP.Can you please tell me in addition to the personalized document checklist generated with EE profile, what is a generic document checklist that should also be referred.
is it the IMM5612E_FSWP checklist?

Yup i have seen that link but it just mentions various forms but not a generic checklist that i can download from the application package.

That link doesn't mention forms. Read the information therein carefully - it systematically advises on each document, it's purpose and requirements. This is the most comprehensive document list for EE.
