Hello everybody ! :)
I would like to ask a few questions:

1) The only way is to find an employer and then apply? There's no other alternative? How can I begin looking for a Canadian employer by being abroad?

2) Is it wrong to apply first for permanent residence?

3) Also I would Like to ask How do I find a immigration consultant?

4) LMO is only obtained by potential employers ?
´
THank you in Advance!
Thank you once more !! Smiley

1) If you want to apply for a work permit, then yes you have to find an employer and job in Canada first. Try web sites such as monster.ca, workopolis and the Canadian Job Bank.
2) You can apply for permanent residency first but only if you qualify to apply. Do you qualify to apply? Have you read through the immigration programs in detail?
3) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/verify-rep.asp
4) The employer is the one who must obtain the LMIA (not you).
