Hi all,
While creating my profile for CEC, I have answered the question - "Do you have an offer letter?" with "Yes". In the following questions under that, I did indicate that I do not have an LMIA for that offer letter and that the employer name is also not indicated on my work permit. I have been working with that employer for about 17 months now.
I have recently received my ITA and in that, I am being asked to provide the offer letter. Researching online, I understand I have two options here.
Option 1: Decline the invite, update my answer to the above question with a "No".
Option 2: Update my answers in my profile to the above question as "No", which will remove the document request for the offer letter. Include a letter of explanation to that effect.
Problem with declining the invite is that my PCC has been issued on February 25, 2022. Which means I only have a few more days before the 6 month period is up.
Questions:
Thank you all!!

Questions:
1. Does the PCC expire after 6 months, even though there is no expiry date on my PCC? (I have not left Canada since the PCC was issued)
2. I am planning on pursuing Option 1 - declining the ITA and wait for the next draw. Are there any issues with that?
