I have a study permit approved, and I will start classes around August end.
But I already have an EE profile with 474 points.
My question is if I receive my ITA & submit the AOR while I'm in my home country (Thailand) before moving, will it cause any issues for the PR process if I move with a study permit?
Is there any scenario in which I will have to return home for any further process (especially regarding police clearance certificate or any address related process)?
Any insights regarding this would be much appreciated.
