Where are you from?
Travel history is useful to track the applicant's movements, for example: if you visit a "first world country" with a visa that allows you to stay for 90 days and you return to your country within this time, your travel history gets a positive review.
However, if you stay even if your visa has expired or try to work illegally in the country, your travel history will raise a red flag as you tried to immigrate before and your application is VERY likely to be rejected.
In summary, it's a review of your behavior in foreign countries, if you don't have a travel history I recommend you to travel to any country that requires a visa, preferably in Europe or North America. But be careful, if your visitor visa is rejected that will raise a red flag for cic too!
