Question on Timeline, PLZ

Hi,
Here is my timeline:
- File for CSQ: April 2010
- AOR received: May 2010
- Documents Requested: March 2011
- Documents sent: March 2011
- CSQ Received: April 2011
- File to Buffalo: May 2011
- Got Married: June 2011
- File new CSQ for my wife too: June 2011
- Documents Requested: August 2011
- Documents sent: August 2011
- Send my wife's doc to Buffalo: September 2011

My question is how long It will take to receive new CSQ, Medical request from Buffalo, and finally when expected to land.
